Located on the desert and streets of Dubai, One&Only One Za'abeel is a luxury oasis with numerous fine dining options, quality accommodation designed by Jean-Michel Gathy, and seemingly unlimited opportunities for luxury experiences.

From the exterior of the building, One&Only One Za'abeel is one of asymmetrical buildings, known as a miracle of contemporary engineering. One of its most striking features is the “The Link,” a horizontal platform spanning and extending beyond the side-by-side skyscrapers, known as the world’s longest cantilever beam, 755 feet long and weighing over 9,400 tons. To build it, eight separate sections need to be seamlessly connected, with the total width of which now serves as the home of a vast infinity pool and sky beach club. Main architect Hiroko Nakamura pondered during the design challenge: “How do we come up with a different new symbol?” The architectural design is a high-risk challenge to One&Only’s first urban resort, while also standing out from local buildings like the Khalifa Tower. Of course, it is best to see the skyline from a distance, and the scenery presented by “The Link” is the best of these days.
