Margot Robbie and Dua Lipa were both photographed on vacation this summer in the Cycladic Islands, a population of only 2,500, and it seems the island will soon be flooding. Apart from the crystal clear water, another feature is the food here: the well-known chef Nikos Tselementes was born on Sifnos in 1878, and he is a pioneer in modern Greek cuisine. He developed the concept of “ocean and farm-to-table” on the island, and has continued to this day.
