After the announcement in August 2023, all five villas will be sold out during the construction period. Just like other NOT A HOTEL strongholds, TOJI's property owners can use the allocated number of accommodation days to make an appointment with the villa.
The living room is the soup house, and dinner is an immersive ceremony
Here, “Back to Home” does not mean daily life, but enters a sense of ritual. The overall design is based on “water” as the main axis. The living room is surrounded by an infinity swimming pool, natural hot springs and cold water baths. The geometrically intertwined horizontal lines reflect the quiet scenery of Mizuka Town, the hometown of water. The dining table is designed to accommodate 8 people and is paired with Noguchi Yu Akari lighting to present an elegant dinner view under the soft moonlight. The living room is equipped with an usable wood stove to create a comfortable and warm atmosphere. You can quietly watch the flames dancing on cold nights, and your mood gradually settles down. In addition, the 6-meter high ceiling introduces a lot of natural light and deliberately retains the layering of changes in light and shadow, making people more focused on the layers and emotions of the scenery in front of them.
180° circular view infinity swimming pool
The 15-meter infinity pool is connected to a hot spring, sauna and cold water bath. You can overlook the natural scenery of the “Hometown of Water” from the swimming pool, and realize the indoor and outdoor flow through large sliding double-glazed windows.
