Dubai's expansion is amazing, with new restaurants and restaurants sprung up almost every week, and these newly opened stores shape the modern luxury of the city of Dubai.
J1 Beach, which will open in September, is such a refined and luxurious style. This luxurious project will replace the original famous attraction “La Mer South Beach Area”, a brand new area that will feature 13 restaurants and beach clubs, including Europe's most famous brand, and new local brands will enter.
Below is a collection of 13 brand new restaurants to open at J1 Beach.
#01 African Queen
Since 1969, the African Queen restaurant has been a well-known restaurant on the Cote d'Azur in France. Under the guidance of three friends Riccardo Giraudi, Philippe Schriqui and Patrick Gioannini, the celebrity-loved restaurant, Beaulieu-sur-Mer, recently re-makes the brand expands outside of Europe for the first time. The interior design of Dubai’s “African Queen” restaurant will be decorated with shades, dark wood and animal prints. The menu also follows the characteristics of our French store. It is directed by chef Thierry Paludetto, paying tribute to Mediterranean cuisine.
＃02 Almayass by the Sea
Almayass by the Sea is from Beirut, the capital of Lebanon. The restaurant is already household name in the Arab capital and is also popular at the Galleria shopping mall in Abu Zabi, which was selected as a Bibiden recommendation in 2023. But this restaurant, which combines Lebanese and Armenian cuisine, is a brand new experience for Dubai. Chefs Mardeg Barsomian and Jad Abou Zeid are family members, and under their leadership, the restaurant focuses on home-cooked dishes. The open bakery lets the air fill the aroma of fresh bread, with signature dishes such as Manti and Kabab karaz on the menu.
