“Glou No.1” and “Glou No.2” are based on “Winetail” as the concept, which captures the fruity and floral characteristics of white wine and sparkling wine, and amplifies the original flavor through the mixing to bring a light and easy-to-drink experience. The store provides single cup and single bottle services simultaneously, and can be used for drinking alone or sharing.
“Glou No.3” mixes the signature “Fruit Oolong” of Takata Tea Garden into a tea-flavored highball, which is most suitable as the first glass of wine to come to the restaurant.

Chen Zongjun, the manager of “Taozhao Tea Garden”, which cooperates with many Michelin restaurants, also designed three exclusive cold-brew teas for Glou Suru, namely “Assam” with caramel, wheat aroma and citrus fruit aroma; three tea combinations with “green aperitone” with high mountain tea aroma; and “fruit wood oolong” that is suitable for charcoal fire cooking after 40 hours of slow fire. The tea aroma is pleasant and can balance fried dishes with thick noodles.
Glou Suru's menu has no restrictions or genres. This is the creative stage for the two founders to “liberate themselves”. Therefore, Alex describes himself as “My role here is like a guest chef who is visiting regularly.” Therefore, the restaurant specifically retains the flexibility of space and menus, and looks forward to inviting restaurants, chefs, bars or brands from all over the world to perform together to create a “most likely surprise” stage in Taiwan.
